Ways to Schedule Your Appointment

Important Appointment Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. However, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other patients who may need care.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, especially if you're a new patient. This gives you time to complete any necessary paperwork and ensures your appointment can start on time.

What to Bring

• Valid photo ID
• Insurance card (if applicable)
• List of current medications
• Medical history information
• Previous dental records (if available)

Walk-ins Welcome

While we encourage scheduling appointments in advance, we do accept walk-in patients based on availability. Walk-ins are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and wait times may vary.

Dental Emergencies

If you have a dental emergency, please call us immediately at (909) 628-5540. We will make every effort to see you as soon as possible, often the same day.

Insurance & Payment

We accept most dental insurance plans and are happy to file claims on your behalf. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

• CareCredit healthcare financing
